Jessica SaffordOwner/Stylist

For as long as she can remember, Jessica has had an affinity for all things hair. Passion turned into a career when she entered the industry in 2005, and dreams became reality when Metamorphosis Hair Design was opened in 2015. Through furthering her education she has become a well-rounded stylist who loves utilizing innovative color techniques as well as creating classic styles. Jessica has received advanced training in color placement and formulation and is an expert with highlighting and multi-dimensional color.

She knows the importance of a detailed consultation to ensure her client’s needs are not only met, but that their style is one they can re-create at home. Jessica’s passion for style and her attention to detail makes her a one-of-a-kind stylist.

Michaela MenardStylist

Since Michaela graduated from Tony & Guy in 2011 her career has soared. Her passion, personality and creativity truly shines through her work. Michaela has extensive knowledge, a great understanding of color formulating, and is also certified in Keratin treatments. She is a very well-rounded stylist who excels in creative color techniques as well as working with curly textured hair. With the combination of skill and personality as well as her extensive education, her clients can always expect to leave her chair with gorgeous hair and a smile.

Kristi MarcucciStylist

Kristi has had a strong passion for the beauty industry for most of her life. She received her education from Bay Path Regional Vocational Technical High School, obtaining her cosmetology license in 2000. She thrives on continuing her education in order to provide exceptional customer service to her clientele. She has mastered a wide variety of services and techniques, but specializes in creative, multi-dimensional hair color, corrective color and curly, coarse hair textures. Kristi takes her time when listening to her clients to ensure she understands their needs, to provide them with exactly what they want and need and for a positive and satisfying experience.

Coley NevalskyStylist

Coley is a graduate of Baypath Regional High School and has been a stylist since 2007. Although she enjoys all aspects of the industry, Coley specializes in creating beautiful up styles and enjoys being a part of a bride’s big day. Whether it be a beautiful upstyle or a complete color transformation Coley has the vision and skills to ensure you leave her chair looking and feeling your absolute best.

Olivia’s StreicherSTYLIST

Olivia began her hairstyling career in 2018 and has since developed into a versatile stylist with a wide range of expertise. As a valued member of the Metamorphosis Hair Design team, she specializes in lived-in colors, gray blending, and precision cutting.

Dedicated to providing a personalized service, Olivia not only takes the time to understand each client’s unique needs and preferences but also customizes every style to perfectly suit their lifestyle and individual look.

Brittany WebberSTYLIST

Brittany started her career in cosmetology after graduating from Paul Mitchell The School in 2012. Since then she has dedicated herself to ensuring her every guest feels welcomed and relaxed as well as leaving her chair feeling beautiful and confident. Though Brittany’s artistic talents include all aspects of hair, she specializes in blonding services such as balayage and gray blending. Brittany’s affable personality and immense dedication to her craft make her a stand out stylist and a great addition to our team!

SHAINA TIRCIOSSTYLIST

Shaina began her cosmetology career in 2009 and has built a strong foundation in all areas of cutting, coloring, and styling. While she enjoys the creativity and versatility of working with many different techniques, her true passion lies in blonding and transformative color services. She loves helping clients achieve a fresh, confident look that reflects their personal style.
Known for her warm energy and attention to detail, Shaina is dedicated to creating a comfortable, welcoming experience and listening closely to each guest’s goals. She focuses on results that suit each client’s individual style and lifestyle, so every guest leaves feeling like the best version of themselves.
